Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MonkeyGo ("we", "us") as a reseller or buyer. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

MonkeyGo accepts consigned items from resellers, authenticates and lists them on third-party marketplaces through each marketplace's official developer API, and pays out a share of each sale to the reseller through Stripe Connect.

2. Revenue split

Unless a different split is agreed in writing (e.g. an Enterprise agreement), resellers receive 80% of the net sale price and MonkeyGo retains 20%.

3. Payouts

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect and require identity verification. MonkeyGo does not hold reseller funds outside of Stripe's regulated payment rails.

4. Marketplace listings

Items are listed only through official, sanctioned marketplace APIs. MonkeyGo does not use browser-automation or bots against any marketplace's user interface.

5. Leaderboard

Any leaderboard or ranking feature displays an anonymized handle and relative rank only. It is not a representation of potential or actual earnings.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or attempts to circumvent marketplace or payment rules. Items already consigned will be returned or liquidated per a reasonable process.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MonkeyGo after a change constitutes acceptance.
